Brainport Industries

The leading 1st, 2nd and 3rd line high tech suppliers in the Netherlands form together the unique high-tech ecosystem called Brainport Industries.

Brainport Industries aims to ‘connect’ suppliers and convert a supply-chain into a supply-network.

To further increase the professionalism of the chain and enhance competitiveness, the Brainport Industries Campus is under development.


High Tech NL

High Tech NL is an association of innovative high-tech companies and knowledge institutes in the Netherlands.

Members are part of the topsector HTSM (High Tech Systems and Materials) and experts in precision equipment, complex components and advanced modules.

Knowledge is shared and members innovate more succesful by an active participation in the High Tech NL network.

Mikrocentrum High Tech Platform

As independent research institution, Mikrocentrum contributes to the development of technical and business processes. Typical members are companies, both OEM and suppliers, in the technical and process-industry.

By organizing training courses , trade fairs, conferences and theme days, Mikrocentrum has been helping companies for over 40 years with knowledge-exchange and building networks. The High Tech Platform is a network within Mikrocentrum, dedicated to the high-tech industry.

The high Tech Platform promotes the individual companies as well as their interaction and establishes exposure to the market.


Research project driven from KULeuven in cooperation with leading technology companies and friendly users. Study is targeted at the development of new vision sensors and robot path planning with the ultimate goal to develop more generic binpick technology.

Universidad Jaen

The University in Jaen, Spain has a strong reputation with its field of expertise in Vision & Robotics. Jointly with the university Beltech conducted a long term research and development project for an algorithm and system for robust inspection of plastic lenses.

NVPHBV (Dutch Society for Pattern Recognition and Image Processing)

The NVPHBV is focused on scientific research and practical applications in the field of pattern recognition, image processing and computer vision. The NVPHBV is the Dutch representative in the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR).

Dutch HTS

Dutch High Tech Systems (Dutch HTS) provides the latest company news, company profiles, as well as direct access to key people and job opportunities in the Dutch High Tech Systems industry. The Dutch High Tech Systems industry is a major global contributor to the development in fields of technology such as mechatronics, precision engineering, embedded systems, microsystems and nanotechnology.


The Royal Institution of Engineers (Kivi Niria) is the professional association of engineers and engineering students. The network represents the interests of engineers and supports its members in their professional practice. Kivi Niria currently has 23,000 members.
