Ron van Dooren

Technical SalesĀ & Marketing

Every project has a start and an end, meanwhile Ron is giving attention to our current customers and works on new business. These activities require a broad technical experience and a creative mind. Having finished hisĀ Bachelor’s Engineering education Ron started as a mechanical engineer in 1995. When he joined Beltech in 2015, his experience included mechanical engineering, customer service, quality and technical sales. This combination of experiences is a solid base for the versatile work-environment of a sales-guy.

Michel van Reenen

Lead Projects & Operations

Michel joined Beltech after finishing his final thesis project from his study Industrial Automation at the Utrecht University of Professional Education. Since then he has more than 10 years of experience with machine vision having worked as engineer and project lead in many projects for different customer segments. In his current role, Michel is responsible for the overall planning of the engineering and development projects and allocation of resources. Michel also leads projects and takes care of customer management, new enquiries and project intakes.

Maickel Bazelmans

Lead Technology & Innovation

Maickel started at Beltech in 2008 after his study Applied Physics at the Eindhoven University of Profesional Education. After working for 5 years as a Vision engineer Maickel joined Frencken Mechatronics where he expanded his knowledge and experience within high precision mechatronics and where he participated in several high tech development projects. In 2013 Maickel returned to Beltech and now occupies the role of senior optical and vision engineer. In his current role he is responsible for the technical solutions within all projects and leads key innovations projects personally. In addition he coaches and assists the engineers and students working at Beltech.
